RAPIDLY GROWING Technology company is looking to add a Senior HR Business Partner to support the company’s employees based out of their office in the Austin, TX area.

 

SUMMARY: 
- Will provide the full range of HR Business Partner/Employee Relations support to the company’s employees in their office based out of the Austin, TX area 
- Hands-on as well as strategic HR role
- New role due to growth

 

REQUIREMENTS:
- 12+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
- Strong Employee Relations experience handling all sorts of ER situations from the simple to the complex
- Experience in start-up and/or high-growth, fast-paced environments (i.e., manufacturing, energy, data centers, tech, or similar)
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, critical thinking HR professional
- Exposure to/experience using AI to improve HR processes
- Lots of experience using analytics/data to drive HR initiatives
- Leadership experience
