NEW ROLE DUE TO GROWTH! A well-established, growing financial services company in Austin, TX is looking to add a Senior HR Business Partner or an HR Business Partner to their team (level of the role depends on the person’s experience).  

 

SUMMARY: 
- Will be a strategic advisor to company leaders and employees covering all things HR (i.e., employee relations, performance management, HR analytics, coaching, etc.) for around 300 of the company’s employees 

 

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of strategic and broad HR Business Partner experience
- Experience providing HR support to a group of sales professionals and/or mortgage/lending professionals is strongly preferred 
- Experience in the financial services, banking, credit union, or similar industry is a plus, but not required
- Proactive, solutions-oriented HR professional
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
