GROWING company is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide the full range of HR support to one of their plants in Wills Point, TX.

 

SUMMARY: 
- Will provide the full range of HR Generalist support to around 160 employees (and growing) at one of the company’s non-union manufacturing plant
- Will work closely with plant leadership

 

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- 1+ years of Training and Development experience
- Some experience in a manufacturing plant or similar industrial setting is preferred, but not required
- Creative/innovative mindset
