TITLE: Regional HR Director

GROWING company is looking for a Regional HR Director to lead an HR team to provide the full range of HR support to four of the company’s locations in TX and OK.
SUMMARY:
- Will lead a team of 4+ HR professionals to provide the full range of HR support to around 900 employees (and growing) located in four of the company’s manufacturing plants/offices in Northeast TX and OK.
- Will work closely with plant leadership
- Hands-on, as well as strategic, role
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of HR experience
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- 3+ years of experience in a multi-unit, multi-state environment
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Creative/innovative mindset
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Able to travel up to 25% within Northeast, TX and parts of OK
- Bachelor’s degree
