Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition & People Operations with 4+ years of experience to join our rapidly growing team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, feel comfortable navigating ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

In this role, you will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to support talent acquisition, people operations, and HR initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting hiring processes, improving HR practices, and helping scale people operations in Mexico, while contributing to the development of a strong and collaborative company culture.

Responsibilities:

IT Recruiting:

  • Source and attract top IT talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and overall potential.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay current with IT trends, technologies, and competitive recruiting strategies.

  • Work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced startup environment, helping to shape the growth of the company.

  • Handle high-volume recruitment, balancing multiple roles at once while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on hiring strategies, role scoping, and market insights.

  • Support people-related initiatives.

  • Help improve and scale recruiting and HR processes as the team in Mexico grows.

  • Support the administration and analysis of employee benefits, ensuring they align with company policies and employee needs.

  • Assist with payroll coordination and processes for Mexico (MX), ensuring accuracy and compliance with local requirements.

  • Maintain awareness and ensure alignment with Mexican labor laws and regulations, supporting compliance in people-related processes.

  • Contribute to the development and reinforcement of company culture and employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and People Operations, ideally within technology companies or startup environments.

  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments, supporting both recruiting and HR initiatives.

  • Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top IT talent across a variety of roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and Solutions Architect.

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership teams, providing guidance on hiring strategies, team growth, and organizational needs.

  • Familiarity with HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR policies.

  • Knowledge of Mexican labor regulations and HR practices is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.

  • A proactive, hands-on, and adaptable mindset, comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity in a growing organization.

  • Advanced English level.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
