Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding logistics process
- Provide support in overall hiring process such as but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, endorsement, coordinating interviews, etc.
- Assist to encode applicant monitoring list and identified candidates
- Assist in performing administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Assist to replenish TA forms / documents for photocopy
- Assist in collection of pre-employment requirements / 201 filing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Human Resource Management, Psychology and or any related discipline
- Keen on details, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel
- With above average communication skills
