Job Responsibilities

•    Assist in crafting internal communications to enhance employee engagement, including event summaries and write-ups for internal publications, capturing key moments, and highlighting employee involvement.
•    Create promotional materials and content to generate excitement and participation in events.
•    Capture high-quality photographs during company events, ensuring a visual representation of the company culture.
•    Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events to cultivate a positive workplace culture, providing assistance in areas such as event registration, coordination, venue booking, and on-site supports.
•    Embrace a flexible approach to responsibilities, willing to take on any additional tasks.

Learning Outcomes

•    Gain-hands on experience working on internal communications enhancing employee engagement within the Tourism and Hospitality industry  
•    Develop strong written and verbal communication skills by interacting internal stakeholders  
•    Exposure to event planning and execution of company-wide events 

Job Requirements

•    Currently in Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications/Human Resources programme graduating in 2026/2027
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Positive attitude and a good team player 
•    Highly organized with strong attention to detail
•    Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
•    Enthusiastic, creative, and proactive mindset
