Intern for Talent Development, Group HRM, W. P. Kuala Lumpur

1. Support in developing in-house Knowledge Management (KM) tools/platform using low-code/no-code/AI tools i.e. Power Apps, Copilot Studio, etc. to ensure a sustainable knowledge ecosystem in the organisation.
2. Assist in digital content creation for KM branding/promotopnal materials such as creative writing, graphic/media design using AI tools.
3. Asisst in supporting KM platform i.e. SharePoint, MS Teams, etc. operational activities such as troubleshoot issue/bugs and manage enquiries/requests from users.
4. Support the implementation of KM adoption programme sich as Communities of Practice (CoP) engagement and communication, podcast session and exhibition to elevate knowledge sharing culture.
