About the Role :
We are looking for a creative, people-centric, and result-orinented intern to help us tell our story. You won’t just be an "intern", you will be architecting the blueprints for how we tell our story to the world, how we engage our internal team, and how we manage the logistical engines that power our brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support executing the digital campaigns that showcase the Codimite way.
- Architect original concepts for employee-focused content, including "day-in-the-life" features, behind-the-scenes narratives, and technical blogs.
- Help build a library of employee photos, videos, and testimonials for internal use.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to design branding initiatives that attract high-capability talent.
- Partner with internal communications to ensure all employees are aligned with the company culture and brand narrative.
- Develop concepts that encourage employees to become brand ambassadors and share the company’s vision within their professional networks.
- Execute internal initiatives that highlight employee milestones and growth to foster a sense of belonging.
- Identify employee advocates and help them optimize their social media profiles to share company news.
- Create easy-to-use templates and "click-to-share" content for employees to boost our brand reach.
- Promote internal referral programs to encourage the team to bring their best colleagues into the fold.
- Own the strategy for university partnerships, career fairs, and industry collaborations to expand brand reach.
- Act as the primary contact for key stakeholders, defining the messaging and engagement approach for external sessions.
- Oversee the operational coordination of employer branding events, ensuring all logistical elements align with the strategic objective.
- Manage relationships with photographers, media partners, and external agencies to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content capture.
- Monitor employer brand metrics and brand sentiments consistently
Requirements :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Genuine love for people and sharing their stories
- A "no task too small" attitude- you’re as happy talking to an event organizer as you are curating an employer branding initiative
- Take a mundane office update and turn it into a compelling "How We Work Here" narrative.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) and a knack for capturing good photos/videos.
- Understand the nuances of different social platforms and what makes content lovable.
- Self starter and love staying on the ground for initiatives to roll out smoothly
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications will be a plus.
