REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with senior management to design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth plans and talent needs.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring they are equipped to source, screen, and select top candidates effectively and efficiently.
• Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and talent databases.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit , and make recommendations to hiring manager
• Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent. Collaborate with teams to develop and promote compelling recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
• Establish and track key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for Improvements
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and ensure recruitment processes are compliant with relevant regulations
• Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and progress to senior management.
• Regularly assess and enhance the recruitment process to streamline operations and optimize the quality of hires.
Education/Experience
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
