ROLE SUMMARY

You will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to employee engagement. This may include researching and planning employee events, conducting surveys, and analysing data to help improve employee satisfaction.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES*

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Research employee engagement best practices and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Assist with planning and executing remote-employee events, and team-building sessions.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyse data.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education & Work experience**- Relevant training / certifications / education background.
  • Software and Applications - MS Office.
  • Qualities & Capabilities -
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organisational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Strong interest in human resources and employee engagement.

**You will be expected to present proof of your qualifications and work experience.
