As our Human Resources Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our team and ensuring our people are supported, empowered, and aligned with our mission. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and values. - Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to build a strong, mission-focused team. - Managing employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - Leading performance management initiatives and supporting professional development for staff. - Ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. - Collaborating with leadership to foster a culture of connection, growth, and accountability.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A passion for working in a mission-driven environment and supporting a diverse team. - The ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations.
