Position: Human Resources Director, GBA Region
Salary: HK$70,000
Job Duties

  1. Lead GBA-focused HR planning aligned with group business strategy, including organisational design, talent pipeline development, and succession planning for key positions.
  2. Implement a group-wide KPI-based performance management system within the Hong Kong entity to enhance productivity and goal alignment.
  3. Design and manage leadership development programmes for mid-to-senior managers, establishing internal promotion channels to address talent succession gaps.
  4. Oversee talent mapping and recruitment strategies for Mainland and business departments, ensuring consistent hiring standards between Hong Kong headquarters and Mainland factories/offices.
  5. Act as HR Business Partner for assigned business units, delivering full-spectrum HR support across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and offboarding).
  6. Manage employee relations matters, including handling feedback, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  7. Maintain accuracy and ownership of HRIS data, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
  8. Prepare and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support C-suite strategic decision-making.
  9. Support and lead HR projects, including initiatives in talent management, learning & development, and performance management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, of which at least 8 years must be hands-on HRIS management experience in the Mainland (GBA in particular) within the manufacturing, trading, or industrial group sector.
  3. Ability to translate Mainland group-level HR strategies (e.g., KPI performance systems, leadership development programmes) into practical business solutions for Hong Kong. Experienced in HR data analytics (Pivot, Excel) and HRIS systems to enhance efficiency and provide insights for data-driven workforce decisions.
  4. The applicant must provide valid proof of relevant industry experience. Familiarity with Mainland labour laws and recruitment channels is a must.
  5. Strong understanding China of employment frameworks and legislation, and HR best practices.
  6. Good at communication, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Fluent Putonghua, business English, and Cantonese.
