HR Leadership & Strategy
Due to growth, innovative compounding pharmacy is seeking skilled Director of Human Resources (HR) to join their leadership team.  This is a privately-owned healthcare organization that is set to scale extensively in the next five years.
 
Working closely with the owners and other leaders, the Director of HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the organization’s mission, vision, and growth. This position will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and training and development.  Position offers the unique opportunity to shape HR strategy and infrastructure in a growing organization as part of a collaborative, mission-driven leadership team.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership or manager-level role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices; experience in healthcare or pharmacy preferred.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
