Leads and manages the delivery of comprehensive HR support. Oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, career coaching and development, compensation analysis, benefits and wellness coordination, and best practices to promote a culture of equity and inclusion. Partners with leaders and direct reports to conduct workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and being executed effectively. Coaches and assists direct reports as they work with leaders to address employee relations and performance issues and manages the implementation of HR projects or initiatives such as annual performance reviews, employee engagement, and succession planning. Serves as a trusted resource for leaders and addresses high priority, sensitive issues as needed. This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer.
HR Leadership & Consultation

- Oversees the orientation and onboarding of all staff. Attends and presents at the bi-weekly New Hire Orientation.
- Facilitates organization-wide performance and compensation management.
- Strives to develop and maintain a network of contacts, both internal and external to the organization, and assists team members and peers in building their networks.
- Oversees and facilitates HR-related training and compliance.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills

- Master’s Degree Required and equivalent years of experience.
- 7-10 years of relevant Human Resources experience required.
- Leadership and supervisory experience required.
- Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc. preferred.
- Requires experience leading the design, development, and execution of human resource programs.
- Requires working knowledge and understanding of several functional areas of Human Resources.
- Requires experience leading and implementing sourcing and recruiting best practices.
- Requires experience with matrix organization and complex work environment.
- Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
- Requires experience coaching and developing professionals.
- Able to guide the application of HR related regulations and laws (e.g., FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
- Basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Physical Requirement
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20-30 pounds at times.
