The City of Maricopa is seeking an accomplished, forward thinking, Human Resources Director who possesses extensive municipal or government Human Resources (HR) experience to lead the City’s HR strategy and foster a positive, high-performing culture of excellence across the organization.
Reporting to the Assistant City Manager, the Human Resources Director serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership and department directors providing expert guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, labor relations, talent management, compensation and classification, and compliance within a complex public-sector environment.
