ABOUT THE POSITION
The Director of Human Resources will serve as a strategic leader responsible for building and enabling a high-performing, globally competitive workforce aligned with the University’s ambitious growth and academic excellence agenda.
This role goes beyond traditional HR operations, with a strong focus on global talent acquisition, faculty excellence, and organizational capability building across both academic and administrative functions.
The Director will work closely with senior leadership and report to the Vice President of Administration and play a key role in advancing university-wide initiatives related to talent, organizational effectiveness, and institutional development.
