The Human Resources (HR) Director is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving the people strategy, fostering a strong organizational culture, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring employees feel valued, engaged, and supported.
- Oversee performance management programs, employee development initiatives, and succession planning.
- Design and execute employee engagement strategies, including recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a fair and equitable workplace.
- Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and wellness programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on all people-related matters.
- Implement HR technologies and data analytics to optimize people processes and decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of driving people and culture strategies that enhance business performance.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Experience with HR technology, data analytics, and workforce planning tools.
- Certified HR professional credentials (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CHRP, or equivalent) are a plus.
