(Anticipated Hiring Range: $163,154 - $171,414/ annually)
Positions assigned to this class provide leadership and management of the human resources department, which includes recruitment and selection, employee retention, employee relations, job classification and compensation, training and workforce development, employee benefits, wellness and employee engagement. This position ensures the administrative and operational human resources services are responsive to city needs.

Education and Experience
Graduation from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field and seven (7) years full-time paid professional experience in responsible administrative or managerial positions to include three (3) years supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
