Based at the Professional Tools global headquarters in Elyria, Ohio, you will serve as a key member of the Global HR Leadership Team and report to the Vice President of Human Resources with dotted line reporting to the President of Professional Tools Americas. You will guide a high performing HR team, partner with senior leaders across the region, and align HR strategies and programs with business needs and organizational priorities.
