SUMMARY:
The HR Director provides overall leadership to the HR team including oversight of the benefits, payroll, employee relations, onboarding and recruitment functions. This position partners closely with leaders at all levels of the company to strengthen engagement and implement employee initiatives. The HR Director will partner with the Chief Operations Officer to establish strategy, goals, and the annual work plan for the team. This role is available to work in either Santa Ana or Arcadia.

QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; minimum 5 years of related HR team leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Working knowledge of the human resource disciplines.
