What You’ll Do:
We're looking for a dynamic Human Resources Director to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and a champion for all employees. This is a high-impact, highly visible role operating at an executive level. As the company scales, this individual will be instrumental in shaping the people infrastructure, culture, and talent strategy that supports the company's continued growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, bringing a clear and confident point of view on all people matters, and the credibility to drive decisions forward
Partner directly with divisional and functional leaders across all lines of business to scale people practices that can keep pace with growth
Own and elevate all HR operations end-to-end — payroll, benefits, compensation, total rewards, compliance, employee relations, and HR administration
Champion and strengthen the company's culture by leading engagement and employee experience initiatives that reflect company values and resonate across a geographically distributed workforce
Leverage workforce analytics, HR technology, and AI-enabled tools to deliver data-driven insights that sharpen leadership decision-making
Track departmental KPIs tied directly to business outcomes
Identify, select, and actively manage external HR vendors, benefits partners, and consultants
Command the room in leadership meetings, company-wide forums, and training sessions, presenting HR insights, recommendations, and updates with executive-level clarity and conviction
Ensure airtight compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across all markets where the company operates, proactively protecting both the organization and its people
What We’re Looking For:
Must Have’s:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience
5+ years of people management experience
Strong background in compliance, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
Experience partnering closely with executive and senior leadership
Ability to operate with autonomy while collaborating across functions
Data‑driven mindset with experience leveraging HR metrics and insights
Strong communication, judgment, and decision‑making skills
Nice-to-Have’s:
HR certification such as SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP
Experience leading an HRIS implementation or major system upgrade
Exposure to multi‑line‑of‑business or decentralized organizations
Experience supporting growth through acquisitions
Familiarity with AI tools or process automation within HR
