Leidos is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead a high-performing team, drive meaningful changes, and provide significant impact to the organization. This role will support the Air Traffic Business Area within the Homeland Sector and report to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. This role will be in Gaithersburg, MD with a hybrid schedule (4 days on-site and 1 day remote).
This HR Leader will align the people strategy with business priorities, advise leaders on complex workforce issues, drive organizational effectiveness, manage risk, and deliver scalable HR solutions through strong partnership and leadership.
