Lakeland Joint School District is seeking applications for a Human Resources Director for the 2026�2027 school year.

Pay: No less than $91,770 annually. 

Benefits: Full benefits package, including PERSI retirement, medical, dental, and sick leave.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, personnel, or relevant field, at least five years of Human Resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference given to SHRM-P, PHR (Society for Human Resource Management) certificate.
