Lead the daily operations of the Human Resources department including but not limited to; talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, compliance, compensation, and benefits.
Provide sound guidance and conduct thorough and objective investigations to resolve complex employee relations issues.
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders across the organization; addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required.
At least 5 years of Human Resources experience is required.
Human resources certification credential (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is required within one year from hire.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work on-site full time in York, Nebraska.
