TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner- Mobile Experience (MX) to join our team. We are seeking innovators who are called to not just change the world but build a better one. We enable the best technology hardware on the planet, but our best is always a prototype for something better; and our people thrive with a driven mindset where better builds on better.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Mobile Experience (MX) serves as the strategic and operational HR leader supporting assigned client groups within the MX organization. This role partners closely with division leadership, including senior executives (C-EVP), to drive people strategy, execute core HR cycles, and deliver data-driven insights that enable business growth.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring a seasoned HR professional who can influence at the executive level while ensuring flawless execution of HR processes and programs.

Who We Are: The Architects of What Connects Us

You find the signal in the noise of data. We build the signal itself.

We are TeleWorld Solutions, and we are the strategic backbone for the world's most ambitious wireless networks. We're not just consultants; we're the engineers, designers, and problem-solvers that operators, OEMs, and tower giants trust to bring their boldest visions to life.

Our playground is the invisible architecture of connection—from vast macro networks to the hyper-precise world of DAS, Small Cells, and Wi-Fi. With a legacy of hundreds of thousands of successful implementations, we help our clients navigate the entire lifecycle of their network: from the first line of a design to the final optimization, and every critical decision about performance and value in between.

Why does this matter to you?

The complex data you will master—the CDRs, network KPIs, and customer signals—flows from the very infrastructure we design and optimize. You won't just be analyzing abstract numbers; you'll be interpreting the digital heartbeat of networks that we helped bring to life. Your insights will directly influence the next generation of those networks.

Welcome to the engine room of connection. Let's build what's next
