Join our Human Capital team as an intern and help us give candidates and new joiners a great experience – from the first CV to the first day at PwC.
We’re not looking for someone “just for a few months”. We want a student who’d like to grow with us now and step into a junior role after graduation.
What you’ll do
You will:
Help with recruitment – posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, talking to candidates
Support onboarding – preparing welcome emails, kits and info so new joiners feel ready and included
Take care of HR admin – updating data in HR systems, preparing simple documents and reports
Support employer branding – helping with career fairs, student events and content for our channels
Work with a supportive HC team that will guide you and answer your questions
What you’ll bring
You are:
A student (4rd+ year) who is interested in HR / people topics
Organised with good prioritising, reliable and comfortable working with MS Office and digital tools
Friendly and clear in communication, in written and spoken Croatian and English
Curious to learn more and deep and readiness to take ownership of given tasks
Open to feedback and not afraid to ask when something is new
