About the HST Young Leaders Talent
Development Program: The Program has two components: Three Months Internship Program
and 12-15 Months Young Finance Leaders Professional Development Program.
a) Internship Program HST proudly
presents the HST Skill Academy, featuring an Intensive Internship Program
across various disciplines. The Internship Program, spanning three months, is designed for university students
and graduates seeking practical exposure. Participants will work within
HST departments while engaging in an immersive skill development curriculum.
Many graduates transition into positions within HST or explore opportunities
elsewhere, enriched by their experience.
The Program is open to High School
Completes; College/University students; non accounting and finance
university graduates.
b) Young Finance Leaders Professional Development
Program This program
is tailored for those aspiring to excel in the Accounting and Finance domain. Candidates who successfully
complete the internship program can join this program. This program
develops foundational competencies in technical accounting and finance. Those
who successfully complete the program will be able to handle basic accounting
and finance function in any organization.
While the
Internship Program caters to all candidates, the Young Finance Leaders Talent
Development Program focuses primarily on non-accounting and finance graduates
from diverse academic backgrounds including natural sciences. This unique
program is also ideal for high school graduates from reputable institutions
seeking to delve into practical accounting and finance over 12-15 months of
comprehensive training
Admission Criteria for the
Programs:
A) Internship Program - Three
Months:
Applicants will undertake an
Aptitude Test as part of the admission process.
B) Young Finance Leaders
Development Program - 12-15 Months: In
addition to the above criteria, candidates aspiring to specialize in
accounting and finance will engage in a practical foundation experience in
these fields.
