About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HRBP & Talent Acquisition to join our Israel site. You will balance strategic partnership with leadership (60%) and high-impact, end-to-end recruitment (40%), ensuring our culture of growth and success continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnership

Manager support & Advisory: Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to managers and team leads. Provide strategic advice, constructive feedback, and guide day-to-day people-related decision-making.

People Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness: Translate organizational goals into actionable work plans within business units. Identify organizational challenges and implement high-impact solutions.

Employee Development & Learning: Lead development initiatives, training programs, and identify opportunities for internal growth and talent advancement.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions across the organization, from job posting to onboarding.

Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and build effective hiring strategies.

Screening & Candidate Management: Conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews, and ensure a professional and excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

ATS Management: Maintain, update, and manage the candidate pipeline using Comeet.
Requirements

Professional Experience: 4+ years of experience as an HRBP in a high-tech company.

Recruitment Experience: Proven experience and high skills managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a technological environment in B2C.

Consulting & Communication Skills: Ability to build trust-based relationships, support managers, and have the "managerial courage" to provide honest and constructive feedback.

Tech-Savvy: Experience working with Comeet (or a similar ATS) and a natural affinity for digital tools.

Languages: High proficiency in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR, Psychology, or Management). Master’s degree – an advantage.
This position is based in Israel and works in coordination with the HRIS Manager.
