Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnership

  • Manager support & Advisory: Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to managers and team leads. Provide strategic advice, constructive feedback, and guide day-to-day people-related decision-making.
  • People Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness: Translate organizational goals into actionable work plans within business units. Identify organizational challenges and implement high-impact solutions.
  • Employee Development & Learning: Lead development initiatives, training programs, and identify opportunities for internal growth and talent advancement.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions across the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and build effective hiring strategies.

  • ATS Management: Maintain, update, and manage the candidate pipeline using Comeet.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: 4+ years of experience as an HRBP in a high-tech company.
  • Recruitment Experience: Proven experience and high skills managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a technological environment in B2C.
  • Consulting & Communication Skills: Ability to build trust-based relationships, support managers, and have the "managerial courage" to provide honest and constructive feedback.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience working with Comeet (or a similar ATS) and a natural affinity for digital tools.
  • Languages: High proficiency in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR, Psychology, or Management). Master’s degree – an advantage.

This position is based in Israel and works in coordination with the HRIS Manager.
