WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY * This role is on site in Tallahassee, FL* Reports: Director/Healthcare Careers Supervises: None Essential Duties and Accountability's for Success: You must be comfortable with and excel at building trust-relationships with hiring leaders, colleagues, prospects, and candidates; built on your knowledge and expertise. Providing timely communication with and maintaining the attention of your candidates and hiring leaders is critical to your success in this important role. The healthcare arena is FAST paced, and a large part of your role as a TMH Talent Advisor is first learning and using the communication channels which are preferred by those whom you are communicating with. Our Healthcare talent market is a tight one, and the ability to sell an opportunity is a critical skill you must possess. You will be coordinating and executing recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professionals who meet both immediate and projected future needs. Utilizing various recruitment tools and methods, you are someone who feels comfortable to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates and to match those candidates to open positions through screening and assessment Using market research data and brand awareness to understand the more valuable and evolving approaches to reaching “passive candidates” and personalizing the candidate courtship experience. Participates in recruiting events and projects throughout the year The Talent Advisor performs salary calculations, negotiates employment terms and conditions, and makes sound business decisions to protect internal equity Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or other Related Field (Even Clinical) HR may substitute directly related professional experience for required education on a 1:1 basis. Minimum One (1) or more years of professional experience working in healthcare recruitment, human resources, or other related field. Strongly Preferred: Experience with high volume pipeline recruitment and/or grass roots sourcing strategy implementation in a healthcare setting Preferred Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CHCR, and/or RACR Excellent interpersonal and written skills, positive attitude, flexibility, creativity, innovative, and able to promote Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare as a great place to live, work, and play! Ability to effectively negotiate, communicate/present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
