Job Description :

The HR & Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition andday-to-day HR operational support, acting as the business-facing HR rolefor Creative, Media, and PoP. 

The role acts as the main HR operational partner for the PoP leadership, providing hands-on, day-to-day HR support to PoP while also managing talent acquisition activities for Creative and Media.  
 

Talent Acquisition – Creative, Media & Prose on Pixels 

  • Own and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for all three entities: Creative, Media & Prose on Pixels
  • Hiring needs intake with managers
  • Coordination and update of job descriptions
  • Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Coordination with agencies and external partners
  • Offer preparation and hiring follow-up
  • Act as the main HR contact for hiring managers on talent acquisition topics.
  • Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional candidate and hiring manager experience. 
     

TalentSpace (Workday)  Operational Ownership (Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Only) 

  • Manage TalentSpace from an operational perspective, limited to: Talent acquisition workflows and Onboarding processes
  • Coordinate campaign execution, data entry, and follow-ups in TalentSpace.
  • Act as first-level support for users related to TalentSpace talent acquisition and onboarding steps
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of onboarding tasks. 
     

Day-to-Day HR Operational Support 

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on standard HR questions (excluding payroll, holidays, and contracts ownership).
  • Manage employee lifecycle operations, including: Onboarding coordination (HR side), off-boarding coordination and employee data changes and follow-ups
  • Ensure correct execution of HR processes and escalate administrative topics to the appropriate HR role. 
     

HR Coordination & Process Execution 

  • Coordinate closely with the HR Administration & Payroll Manager on: Contract preparation and follow-ups and employee lifecycle changes impacting payroll or reporting
  • Work with IT, Finance, and external partners on operational HR topics.
  • Support the rollout of HR processes, tools, and internal HR initiatives. 

Key Skills & Profile 

  • Strong experience in HR operations and talent acquisition
  • Hands-on, execution-focused, and well organized
  • Comfortable interacting daily with managers and employees
  • Able to manage multiple talent acquisition processes in parallel
  • Practical mindset with good follow-up discipline
  • Fluent in Czech and in English; additional European languages are a plus.
