  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across departments.
  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms to attract candidates.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to provide a positive hiring experience.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality talent.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
