This role in summary
As a new intern within our Human Resources Department, you will join the regional office in Milano Certosa to support the central HR Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development team.
Your responsibilities will include
- Acquire practical knowledge in the areas of recruitment, employer branding and university relations, including managing the entire process of internship activation - from initiation to coordinating with hiring managers, to the final interview & onboarding
- The organization and implementation of all the employer branding activities and events
- The strategic projects regarding interns' engagement and development of interns
- Collaborate with Talent Management Team on annual processes and programs, including Performance Management, Talent Assessment & Succession Planning, Engagement Survey, and other annual programs
- Support the Learning & Development Department in the reporting and data management
Minimum requirements
Are you:
- a Master’s Degree student in HR Management/Business Administration or other related majors, with a passion for HR?
- A proficient user of Pack Office?
- Detail-oriented, proactive, with a self-driven mindset and the ability to take ownership of your space and responsibilities?
- Execution-focused, able to deliver with pace while effectively prioritizing tasks, focusing strongly on high quality, consistency, and accuracy?
- Accountable and ensuring strong follow-through and closure of your commitments and tasks?
- Mature in your professional judgement, considering broader context and impact when making decisions?
- A clear and confident communicator to different audiences and contexts?
- Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders?
- Hungry for continuous learning and growth mindset with structured analytical objectives and ideas for practical solutions?
- a proficient Italian and English speaker, maybe with some international experience?
- a strong team player who shares our values and our drive for innovation?
