We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst with strong experience in personnel security, HR documentation, and compliance. This role supports sensitive workforce operations and requires familiarity with security clearance processes, personnel records, and government or military standards. Prior experience supporting the U.S. Navy or Department of Defense (DoD) is highly preferred. Active Secret clearance or higher required.
Responsibilities:
Support personnel security operations, including processing, tracking, and maintaining security clearance documentation
Prepare, review, and manage sensitive HR paperwork in compliance with Navy, DoD, and federal regulations
Coordinate background investigations, onboarding, offboarding, and re-verification activities
Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and secure document management systems
Ensure compliance with personnel security requirements, privacy standards, and data protection policies
Track clearance statuses, investigations, adjudications, and reinvestigations
Serve as a liaison between HR, security offices, command staff, and external agencies
Audit personnel files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
Generate reports and metrics related to personnel security, staffing, and compliance
Support inspections, audits, and internal reviews as required
Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding security paperwork and HR procedures
