In this role, you will manage and streamline the operational backbone of the People function for a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes, from onboarding and offboarding to records management and interdepartmental coordination, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys working with HR systems and data, and has a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You will collaborate with leaders, managers, and team members across multiple time zones, contributing to a seamless, people-first experience. Your efforts will support both the employee experience and the efficiency of HR operations, making a meaningful impact on the organization’s culture and growth.

Accountabilities:

    • Coordinate daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record management.
    • Serve as a central point of contact for HR processes, policies, and system-related queries.
    • Maintain and monitor HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Support time-off tracking, compliance, and other routine HR operational tasks.
    • Collaborate with Finance, Leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process integration.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and operational efficiency.
    • Assist in data-driven HR reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    • Requirements:
    • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, people & engagement, or HR project coordination.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
    • Experience working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools.
    • Solid understanding of core HR processes, policies, and standards (onboarding/offboarding, records management, time-off tracking, compliance basics).
    • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain HR processes clearly to non-HR colleagues.
    • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
    • Approachable, empathetic, and capable of building trust with employees and managers across geographies.
    • Discretion, reliability, and strong focus on privacy when handling personal data.
    • Curiosity about fintech, crypto, or technology-driven organizations is a plus.
