Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding by preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring timely completion of documentation.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide HR administrative support, including filing, report preparation, and handling HR-related correspondence.
- Assist with HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management processes.
- Ensure consistent compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices and relevant employment regulations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders and candidates at various levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
