Join ASML’s HR People Analytics team and help shape the future of employee engagement. As an intern, you will support our Employee Engagement and Change Manager in projects that drive organizational transformation. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic HR communication and change enablement, while contributing to ASML’s global data-driven decision-making efforts. This internship offers mentorship from experienced professionals and the chance to make a real impact on our culture.
You will work on projects that strengthen employee engagement and support change initiatives across ASML.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Organize activities, events, and meetings to support engagement programs.
Create and update communication materials such as presentations, videos, and webpages.
Co-develop change and communication plans with the team.
Handle questions from employees and managers in a clear and professional manner.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Contribute ideas to improve communication strategies and engagement activities.
This is a bachelor’s or master’s internship for a minimum of 6 months, 3–4 days per week (1-2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is February 2026.
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, change management, information or social sciences, or a related field.
Are proactive, creative, and comfortable working independently.
Communicate effectively in English and feel at ease in a high-tech environment.
Have an affinity for people data and analytics, and are detail-oriented.
Are collaborative and passionate about organizational change and stakeholder communication.
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
