Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate engagement. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms (Linkedin, job boards, etc.)
Source and screen resume to identify qualified candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain and udate candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Support employer branding initiatives (social media posts, content creation, etc.)
Conduct initial HR interviews (under supervision) and provide candidate evaluations
Participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events
Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree preferably in Computer Science courses BCA/MCA/Bsc CSE or Human Resources/Business Administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
Interest in pursuing a career in recruitment or HR
