Job Title: HR Generalist Support
Location: Jebel Ali, UAE
Contract Type: 3-Month Contract (Extendable)
Reporting To: HR Manager
Start Date: Immediate Availability 
Salary: AED 8,000 10,000 per month

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM 4:45 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM 4:30 PM

With over 1,500 employees across 11 countries, 30 service support offices, and 3 manufacturing plants, the organization has successfully delivered more than 20 GW of power solutions to sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, telecom, healthcare, data centers, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for UAE and KSA.

  • Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding activities.

  • Coordinate timely system access, welcome communications, and submissions to GRO/PRO for visa processing.

2. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee records and positions within HRIS systems.

  • Monitor and manage HR databases, trackers, and SharePoint filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

3. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Assist the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary cases, conflict resolution, and absence management.

  • Support follow-up on post-branch visit action items.

4. Performance Management

  • Support performance management processes such as data gathering, system updates, and progress reviews, especially for new hires.

  • Coordinate with the Group Talent Management Officer on performance cycle activities.

5. Operational Support

  • Act as a point of contact between HR and various business units for seamless HR service delivery.

  • Facilitate consistent HR processes between UAE and KSA operations.

  • Provide administrative support related to KSA government relations, onboarding, and processing employee expenses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR generalist or HR support roles.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and general HR operational processes.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions (UAE & KSA).

  • Previous experience in a multi-country HR coordination role is a plus.
