What You’ll Do
🌱 Talent Acquisition
Own the end-to-end hiring process for technical and non-technical roles
Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Build and maintain candidate pipelines
Support smooth onboarding and welcoming experiences for new hires
💬 Employee Engagement & Relations
Be the go-to HR person employees feel comfortable talking to
Help plan and run engagement activities (online & onsite)
Handle employee questions, concerns, and basic conflict resolution
Assist in creating and rolling out HR policies, announcements, and internal updates
⏱ Attendance & Performance Tracking
Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and leave usage
Help track performance documentation and review cycles
Coordinate with managers on attendance or performance-related concerns
