    • The HR Generalist – Employee Engagement is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment across the healthcare organization. This role supports employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture through initiatives that align with the mission and values of the healthcare system.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field

    • Minimum Experience
      • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting

    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • None

    • Preferred Education
      • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

    • Preferred Experience
      • 5+ years experience

    • Preferred Registration/License/Certification
      • None

    • Other Requirements
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      • Experience with employee engagement tools and HRIS systems
      • Knowledge of healthcare HR compliance and best practices
