POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Generalist – Employee Engagement is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment across the healthcare organization. This role supports employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture through initiatives that align with the mission and values of the healthcare system.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
Minimum Experience
2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting

Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Other Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with employee engagement tools and HRIS systems
