HR Generalist & Administration
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing. 
  2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring smooth integration into the organization. 
  3. Facilitate performance management activities, such as goal setting, evaluations and feedback sessions. 
  4. Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, fostering a positive work environment. 
  5. Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  6. Oversee and manage finance compliances and execute timely payments.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to align HR and finance initiatives and support organizational goals. 
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency. 
  9. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to HR and finance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 
  10. Preparation of Key Financial statement & its associated Reports. 
  11. Preparation of Key Reports based on various Ratio Analysis.
  12. Coordination with Vendors/Clientele/Banks and such other associates integral to manage & execute daily affairs of financial regulations.
  13. Stay updated with relevant laws & regulations applicable to an enterprise.
  14. Manage Resources database.
 Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Experience with managing finance compliance regulations and standards.
