Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR professional with strong expertise in Employee Engagement, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HR Analytics. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, event management, and analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, team-building activities, and cultural events.
  • Drive employee satisfaction, motivation, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Conduct employee surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement assessments.
  • Manage rewards and recognition programs to enhance employee morale.
  • Support internal communication and employee experience initiatives.

HR Business Partnering (HRBP)

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and HR priorities.
  • Support performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution activities.
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and compliance practices.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact between employees and management.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers for workforce planning and hiring requirements.
  • Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and networking channels to attract talent.
  • Maintain recruitment databases, hiring metrics, and recruitment reports.

HR Operations & Analytics

  • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS databases.
  • Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.
  • Analyze HR data to support business decisions and process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute employee events, town halls, training programs, annual celebrations, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, communications, and event execution.
  • Monitor event budgets and prepare post-event reports and analysis.

Required Skills

  • Strong Employee Engagement and Employee Relations experience.
  • HRBP and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Hands-on experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, Reporting).
  • HR Analytics and MIS Reporting capabilities.
  • Event planning and coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
  • Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
  • Certification in HR Analytics or Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
