Job Description:

The HR Executive – Employee Engagement will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The role focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational commitment through creative communication, events, and engagement campaigns. Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint (PPT) is essential to design visually engaging materials and presentations that support HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, events, and recognition activities aligned with company values.
  • Design and deliver presentations, internal communication materials, and engagement campaigns using PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and prepare reports and action plans based on results.
  • Support HR in internal branding initiatives and help strengthen the company’s culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute team-building activities, town halls, and CSR events.
  • Maintain records of engagement activities and prepare monthly engagement reports.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
  • Suggest innovative ways to enhance employee motivation, communication, and inclusion.
  • Support HR communication on platforms like email, newsletters, and social media (if applicable).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee engagement or internal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Canva for presentation and design purposes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and event coordination skills.
  • Strong creative and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Prior experience in corporate communication, HR branding, or event management.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
