Essential Requirements
  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Must have video and graphic editing skills​
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, or CapCut.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Social Media skill is a plus
  • Willingness to undergo a background check 
  • Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift
 

About the Role

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and event coordination. As our Engagement Intern, you will support our HR team in onboarding, organising events, and maintaining staff records, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment. You’ll work closely with our HR professionals, gaining practical skills to prepare for a successful career in Human Resources.
 

Responsibilities:

Weekly Onboarding & Orientation Support:

  • Assist in preparing materials and coordinating logistics for weekly onboarding sessions.
  • Help facilitate virtual or in-person orientation activities for new hires.

Employee Engagement & Events:

  • Provide support in planning, organising, and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Help with gathering feedback and documentation post-event.

Training Initiatives & Projects:

  • Collaborate with the team in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Assist in monitoring attendance and collecting training evaluations.

Document Filing & Administrative Support:

  • Organise and maintain HR documents and records.
  • Assist in updating trackers, templates, and reports as needed.
 

Key Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organisation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have a Strong personality, assertive, and confident
  • This role requires working through Zoom for 8 hours with the camera on.

Technical Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 11 or macOS 13+
  • Storage: Minimum 256 GB
  • RAM: Minimum 16 GB
  • Processor: Dual Core (or higher)
  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p or higher)
  • Headset: Noise-cancelling preferred
  • Internet Speed: Minimum 50 Mbps
