HR - Employee Engagement Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Work Schedule: 5AM to 2PM (T-W), 5AM to 2:30 (TH-F) 5AM to 12 (S)
Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Salary Package: 25,000 PHP to 28,000 PHP/Monthly

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• At least two (2) years of HR employee engagement experience
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Canva
• Experience in planning and coordinating company events and engagement activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and Problem-solving
• Willingness to work onsite and follow shifting schedules
