Join the HR team behind one of Microsoft’s most dynamic transformations in business applications. The Business & Industry Copilot (BIC) organization is reimagining how enterprises operate—embedding AI, agents, and low-code technologies into the fabric of productivity. From Copilot Studio to Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, BIC is reshaping the way businesses think, act, and innovate.
As an HR Director, you’ll be at the center of this shift—embedded with leaders and leadership teams to drive bold talent strategies that fuel AI-first innovation, accelerate org agility, and cultivate a high-performance culture built on speed, clarity, and inclusion.
This is more than a traditional HR role. You’ll operate as a strategic thought partner and transformation catalyst, helping leaders navigate ambiguity, scale rapidly, and align talent with the pace and promise of cutting-edge technology. You’ll support a diverse, interdisciplinary community of engineers, product managers, and designers building the next generation of intelligent copilots and autonomous agents for industry.
If you thrive in high-velocity environments, think at both the system and team level, and have a passion for shaping the future of work through people, this is a rare opportunity to influence a business that’s not only transforming Microsoft—but redefining how the world engages with AI.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
