Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Leader to oversee all aspects of human resources for multiple plants. The HR Leader will lead the HR function with 4 direct reports. The HR Leader will be responsible for developing HR strategies, mentoring and leading business leadership team on HR-related matters, recruiting and retention of talented associates.
This is a hands-on position. Although managing a small team, a leader with initiative and drive, doing what is needed to drive significant growth in our business to deliver results. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations and be a great recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. ADC is growing and needs to recruit and retain manufacturing employees in a quickly growing organization. The successful candidate will be great at building processes that are scalable to support exponential growth and developing relationships with all levels of the organization.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Reach out to passive candidates and actively recruit them. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs, developing improvements in the process to improve effectiveness and retention.
An energetic leader that drives employee engagement and helps make ADC a great place to work as the preferred employer in the region.
Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluations that drive behavior that aligns with desired culture.
Administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Develop skills and experience understanding changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance and potential impact to the business in order to mitigate changes.
Provide mentoring, guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
