HR Coordinator with Medicaid Billing Experience
Position Overview:We are actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with expertise in Medicaid billing to join our dynamic human resources team. This role is essential in supporting our HR functions while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and effective billing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee training programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate documentation related to Medicaid billing.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure timely and accurate claims submission to Medicaid and other payers.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and billing procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct audits of Medicaid billing processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in training staff on Medicaid billing regulations and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination, particularly in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience with Medicaid billing and a solid understanding of healthcare regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
