What you'll Be Doing: The Human Resources Coordinator, Employee Experience & Programs is responsible for supporting employee engagement, employee communications, recognition programs, employee lifecycle touchpoints, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR program administration. This role helps foster a positive employee experience by coordinating programs that support employee connection, engagement, development, and retention. The HR Coordinator serves as a key resource for employees and managers, administering employee experience initiatives, managing employee feedback processes, coordinating events and recognition programs, and supporting special projects across the People & Talent function. This position partners closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, Senior HR Operations Partner, Total Rewards Partner, and Talent Acquisition team to deliver a positive and engaging employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

*This role is based onsite in Pleasanton, CA Monday through Friday*

Compensation

  • Base Annual Salary: $75,000 to $85,000
  • Annual Bonus: Up to 10%

Your Impact:

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and programs designed to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer employee check-in programs through company systems and tools, including scheduling, tracking completion, reporting, and escalation of feedback requiring HR review.
  • Compile employee feedback trends and provide reporting to HR leadership.
  • Support employee engagement surveys and assist with communication and participation efforts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement action plans.
  • Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, service anniversary programs, and appreciation activities.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB)

  • Coordinate DEIB programs, awareness campaigns, cultural observances, and educational initiatives.
  • Support employee participation in DEIB activities and events.
  • Track participation and engagement metrics related to DEIB initiatives.
  • Partner with HR leadership to support an inclusive workplace culture.

Employee Communications

  • Draft and distribute employee communications, announcements, newsletters, and HR updates.
  • Maintain employee-facing HR resources, including intranet content, communication boards, and digital resources.
  • Assist with communication plans for organizational initiatives, policy updates, and HR programs.
  • Support employee communications related to Workday implementation and other organizational changes.

Employee Programs & Events

  • Coordinate employee appreciation events, wellness activities, team-building programs, and company celebrations.
  • Manage logistics for employee events, including scheduling, vendors, supplies, and communications.
  • Support onboarding activities and new hire welcome experiences.
  • Coordinate employee milestone programs and recognition efforts.

HR Program Administration

  • Support administration of HR initiatives, projects, and special programs.
  • Maintain program documentation, calendars, trackers, and reporting.
  • Assist with policy acknowledgments, employee communications, and training coordination.
  • Support HR audits and reporting efforts as needed.
  • Assist with HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Recruiting & Employer Brand Support

  • Support recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition with candidate experience activities as needed.
  • Support employee referral program administration.
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire engagement activities.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track participation, engagement, and completion metrics across employee programs.
  • Generate reports and dashboards related to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

What you Bring:

Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Recruiting Coordination, Internal Communications, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience supporting employee engagement, culture, or recognition programs.
  • Experience coordinating events and employee communications.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Paycom or Workday.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement survey tools and reporting platforms.
